KEMPSEY SOUTH COMMUNITY PROJECT

Kempsey Place Plan was a program funded through the Department of Community and Justice. Place Planning aims to improve community connection, develop community cohesion and plan and run community projects based on community needs. The project is aimed at residents in the social housing areas of South and West Kempsey

The Place Planning team operated out of South Kempsey Community Centre and Kempsey Neighbourhood Centre. At the end of December 2020 this program ended. Kempsey neighbourhood Centre aims to continue working in Kempsey South under the title of Kempsey South Community Project.
